Products sold in good condition and in line with customers request will not be accepted on return however we ensure that products are well packaged to avoid breakage or damage on transit. 

In a situation where wrong products are shipped to customers return policies are within 5days after products has been received and such product must be returned unused or broken otherwise the product will be rejected. 

In cases where products are broken in transit Beam cosmetics and Fragrances will take full responsibility of such products and the said product/s will be resent to the customer brand new.

Customers are advice to check their Products in the presence of the delivery personal as any product reported broken after the departure of the delivery personnel will not be accepted.

Products purchased from distributors can not be returned directly to the company. All products purchased from distributors must be returned to distributors in any case of dispute.
